Common Questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Foundation has no monthly fee and takes 7% of each booking's service instead, so you pay only when you get paid. Standard card processing applies, as on every plan. It includes the full booking and payments platform, deposits included, and 25 Fidda Actions a month.
Which plans have no commission?
Momentum and Icon. Momentum is $39.99 a month and Icon $89.99 a month, with no booking commission or Fidden platform fee on either. Standard card processing applies.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 2 months of Momentum or Icon are free, once per business. You add a payment method when you subscribe, and the first charge comes when the free months end; cancel before then and you are never charged. The trial covers the plan's monthly price only: standard card processing applies to client payments from the first one.
How many Fidda Actions does each plan include?
Foundation includes 25 a month, Momentum 300 and Icon 800, and they reset on your billing anniversary. On every plan, Fidda activates at five completed bookings.
Is card processing included in the plan price?
No. Standard card processing applies on every plan: for US cards, 2.9% + 30¢ online and 2.7% + 15¢ by Tap to Pay, with the actual rate varying by card and payment method. It is charged on the full card payment, tips and any tax included. Foundation's 7% never applies to genuine tips or tax.
Do my clients pay a booking fee?
No. Fidden adds no booking fee for your clients on any plan.
Is there a contract or a cancellation fee?
No. No plan has a contract or a cancellation fee. A founding position from the First Five Hundred adds Fidda for Life to whichever plan you choose, the free one included.
